Instructions:
Chop Malabar Spinach about 1 inch size, chop onion small, garlic chop small. Saute onion till soft (no color) add garlic toss 30 seconds, add small amount of water 2 tbsp max. ad turmeric toss 30 seconds, add malabar spinach toss add salt to taste and cover on medium low heat for 5 mins.
Notes:
optional add small diced shrimp, 1/2 cup after adding turmeric.
